About us - Design Therapy

Launched in 2003, Designtherapy24.com was started with the idea that online customers could have the same kinds of access to modern classics that architects and designers enjoyed. Originally offering up the "usual suspects" of classic designs by Le Corbusier, Eero Saarinen, and Mies Van der Rohe, our collection of fine modern classics and contemporary design continues to expand. Today we offer both popular classics and fully licensed reproductions of more "eccentric" designs, as well has contemporary Italian design
Offering high quality modern classics and contemporary furniture direct from Italy or our Outdoor and Garden Furniture from Spain Designtherapy24.com puts beautiful design in the reach of people everywhere.
From Bauhaus to Mid-Century Modern, Art Deco to sleek Minimalism, we feature chairs, tables, and more from legendary designers including Mies Van der Rohe, Le Corbusier, Eileen Gray, Saarinen, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Marcel Breuer, Arne Jacobsen, Charles Eames, and many others.
We share your passion and interest in high quality, great design, and value for the money. Without expensive showrooms, paper catalogs, or elaborate ad campaigns, Designtherapy24 puts its resources into the final product: quality furniture for you to love and enjoy for years.
Licensing means that a company owns the rights to manufacture a piece to the original specifications -- although most choose not to do that, as materials and construction methods have changed drastically over the last century. (Horsehair, for instance, is not a material you'll likely find in modern chair-manufacturing; and for some pieces, "the original specifications" wouldn't perform well in a home or public setting.) For others, the design is in the public domain.
When you order from us, be assured that you're placing your confidence in a company which shares your passion and interest in high quality, great design, and value for the money. And when you work with us, you'll be talking with staff knowledgeable about and interested in the products they sell -- from the materials and construction of the pieces to their history.
Thank you for visiting Designtherapy24.com. We look forward to working with you.
